Bootcamps

If you like a challenging workout with no frills, a Body Swap Bootcamp class might be just what you’re looking for. Our Bootcamp workout typically consists of high-intensity intervals of resistance exercises, spaced between short sessions of cardio. Bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, lunges and squats are frequently used, so equipment is kept to a minimum.

The goal of a Body Swap Bootcamp is to engage your whole body with an interval workout that includes cardio and weight resistance. Classic military moves mixed with sports drills and functional training will get you in shape and motivated to be the best that you can be!

 

Weightlifting Club

Welcome to Body Swap Fitness Weightlifting Club. This will be a technique orientated course; focusing on mobility before lifting, this weightlifting course will help you to create speed, power and fluidity which correlate directly into sporting performance. We aim to build your confidence and knowledge in the art of weightlifting.

The powerful movements found in weightlifting greatly improve strength and performance, making you stronger, faster and more powerful. The variety of lifts performed in our sessions are included in nearly every elite sporting strength and conditioning program. To perfect these movements, you must obtain flexibility, stability and a strong core to be able to move fast and be in control at the same time.

 

Nutrition

Looking for direction and expertise? Body Swap Nutrition Programs are custom tailored to every client based on their specific goals. Nutrition Programs are micronutrient focused, with the goal of proper vitamin and mineral intake through whole food sources. Each program is customized using Evolution Nutrition methodology to an individual client’s schedule and needs, working closely to ensure success in accomplishing their specific goals.

Our sessions are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic-, performance-, or health-related goals you may have. 50 & Over Fitness

If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our Foundations classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We have coaches who are trained and certified to program and work specifically with Masters Athletes, and we take pride in working with people of all ages to help reach their fitness goals. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
