Small Group Training

Our training classes consist of constantly varied, functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. Each WOD (Workout Of The Day) is one-hour long and consist of 4 essential components:

Warm Up (Stretching, Mobility Work, Rowing, Running, Body Movements)
Skill Work (Strength Work, Olympic Style Weightlifting, Gymnastic Skills)
Metabolic Conditioning (Time Oriented or Task Oriented High Intensity Workout)
Cool Down (Mobility Work, Stretching, Core Work)

Our workouts are scaled and modified to each individual. Each class provides constant instruction and the challenge you need to get better every time. Here at Body Swap Fitness, we cap our classes at 4 members per class – thus providing the hands-on coaching and attention that you deserve.
