Our Unlimited Membership is designed to make your life easy. With this membership, you can attend any class on the schedule. Strength training and conditioning, body weight mastery, and proper recovery methods are all huge components of this program. Get ready to Get SWAPPED!
Body Swap Kids program, a strength and conditioning based class designed for kids from 8 to 16 years of age. This program focuses on functional movements and 10 fitness domains, including; cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. BS Kids will increase physical competence and deliver measurable results to prepare your child to be a well-rounded athlete. Like our Strength and Conditioning program, BS Kids also allows for scalable workouts, tailored for all levels and abilities, so that all kids will equally benefit from the program!
Body Swap Teens (8-16 years old): Mondays, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30pm
