Body Swap Fitness online personal training program can help you reach your health and fitness goals with all the convenience of training in your own home, gym, or other personal space. We specialize in body and lifestyle swapping and use physical training, nutritional recommendations, and improvements in a mindset to help you reach your goals. We teach you how to eat right and exercise correctly. We help you understand the various aspects of fitness, from nutrition to mobility. We believe in swapping the whole human, and we can deliver all of this to you online.

Strength Training

Whether you want to build a lean, athletic body, build strength for a sport, or just want to get strong for personal satisfaction, we can create a program to get you SWAPPED!

As your Certified Body Swapper, we will design a program that is custom built to your needs as well as goals and help you understand how to implement the program. Each week you complete the week of workouts and track in your personalized dashboard. At least once a week we will review your results, make adjustments, and provide any additional recommendations. Additionally, if you submit videos of you completing exercises, we will analyze your form and offer recommendations for improvement. On top of that, we are always available for support via email, glide, and the Body Swap app as needed.

Cross Training

Cross-training is the combination of two or more training styles. The reason for cross-training can be that you have dual goals and you prefer variety in your exercise.

Regardless of the reason, your Certified Body Swapper can create a cross-training program that combines the different training styles you like. Interested in Olympic weightlifting, calisthenics (body weight exercise), and powerlifting? We can create a program that gives the best of each.

No matter what you want to combine, we can create a cross-training program that fits, and we will be there to help you every step of the way. On top of that, we are always available for support via email, glide, and the Body Swap app as needed.

Cardio Training

The path to a quicker mile time, faster sprint, or improvement in cardiovascular ability starts with a solid cardio program. Regardless of your need, we can create a cardio program to help you achieve your cardio or running goals. Want to improve your mile time or 5k? Body Swap Fitness can help. Want to run your first competitive race? As your Certified Body Swapper, we can build a program for you.

Each week you complete the week of workouts and track them in your personalized dashboard. We review your results and make adjustments, such as altering pace, warm-up, or other aspects. Additionally, if you submit videos of you completing cardio, we will analyze your form and offer recommendations for improvement. For the person new to cardio or the avid casual cardio fan, we’ll take a close look at your schedule and ability to create a plan that helps you improve cardio function and reach other goals, such as losing weight. On top of that, we are always available for support via email, glide, and the Body Swap app as needed.
