Our studio's personal trainers will function as your colleague, coach and teacher as they help you achieve optimal health and fitness through a state-of-the-art complete fitness program that yields unbelievable results.

Meal planning is one of the easiest things you can do to set yourself up for healthy eating success, but where do you start. How do you know what you need? Or the amount needed? That’s where Body Swap Fitness can help! Whether you need to plan a few days at a time, a week or longer is up to you. We do ALL of the work: We create a customized plan that encompasses all of your eating decisions at once, in a calm, focused manner. It’s easier to avoid stopping for pizza when you know that a healthy and delicious meal is waiting for you at home.

Ive been taking my son to Eric all summer and Eric makes it fun but gets right to the point!
